Kelsey Bibeau, MSN, LALD, RN
Assistant Executive Director | Clinical Director

As the Assistant Executive Director and Clinical Director, Kelsey plays a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations, overseeing clinical services, and fostering strong relationships with residents, their families, and her team members. She is dedicated to creating the best possible experience for everyone in the community.

Born and raised just north of our campus in Rush City, Kelsey is deeply connected to our community and understands its unique needs. She began her nursing career with Ecumen in 2010 as a new RN and has had the privilege of growing both personally and professionally within this incredible organization ever since.

Kelsey’s favorite local spot is Wild River State Park, where she and her husband enjoy exploring the trails with their three girls, cruising down the St. Croix River on their deck boat, and fishing for catfish along the shore.

Outside of work, Kelsey is always on the go with her family, spending a lot of time outdoors. They love camping in Superior National Forest and Grand Marais, riding their side-by-side through local trails, and making the most of Minnesota summers.
